In 2024, the Asia Centre Training Hub was registered in Cambodia to design and provide targeted capacity-building training to strengthen civil society organisations.

To deliver training programs, the Centre first undertakes a needs assessment, thereafter designs the curriculum. In terms of training, the Centre’s trainer conducts  ‘train-the-trainer’ sessions for Master Trainers as well as end beneficiary sessions. As part of the training package, the Asia Centre team also tracks the delivery of training programmes, its learning outcomes and produces training evaluation reports.

Located in the capital city of Phnom Penh, Cambodia, the Training Hub also serves as a base of operations for Asia Centre’s Mekong Region programs, including Laos and Vietnam.

The Asia Centre Training Hub is part of the Asia Centre group of entities that includes the Asia Centre AI Hub in Bangkok, Thailand, Asia Centre Media Hub in Malaysia, and the Asia Centre Research Hub also in Bangkok, Thailand.

Asia Centre is a civil society research institute that was founded in Bangkok, Thailand in 2015 and was granted the UN ECOSOC Special Consultative Status in 2021.
